Juniper Select provides insurance solutions, including facilitating quotes, connecting Clients with insurance providers, and offering access to related resources. Our services are designed to help Clients explore insurance options and coverage tailored to their needs.
Juniper Select acts as an intermediary to facilitate the flow of information between Clients and insurance providers. We do not underwrite, issue, or directly sell insurance policies.
3. Opt-In & Communications
By completing online forms on the site with the opt-in checkbox, you authorize and provide consent for Juniper Select to call, email, and send SMS messages to my mobile number for marketing & promotional purposes. Opt-in information is not shared with third parties for promotional and marketing purposes. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. Replying to our messages with STOP will opt you out of SMS receiving SMS messaging from us. Text HELP for assistance with SMS messaging. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. No Guarantee of Insurance Coverage
Juniper Select does not guarantee that any insurance provider will offer a policy or that a Client will secure insurance coverage through the services provided. Final decisions regarding policy issuance, coverage, or terms rest solely with the insurance providers.
5. Limitation of Responsibility
Juniper Select is not responsible for decisions made by insurance providers or Clients based on the information or quotes provided. The Client assumes full responsibility for reviewing insurance terms and ensuring the selected policy meets their needs.
6. Proprietary Nature of Information
The information provided by Juniper Select, including quotes, recommendations, or insurer details, is proprietary and intended solely for the use of the Client. Such information may not be redistributed, shared, or resold to any third party without prior written consent from Juniper Select.
7. Refund Policy
Juniper Select does not charge Clients directly for most services. If specific fees apply for a consultation or service, these fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of service agreement.
8. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information when requesting insurance quotes or services. The Client further agrees to use the information provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and not misuse it in a way that violates privacy, confidentiality, or the integrity of Juniper Select’s services.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juniper Select, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the use of our services or failure to comply with these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Juniper Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by the Client for the specific services in question.
11. Modification of Terms
Juniper Select reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided to Clients via the Website or email. Continued use of services following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Boston, MA.
